And it's had work done to the engine but nothing to the bottom end of the engine, injectors, head gaskets, injection pumps, rear main seal, timing seal, etc. But the block, crank, rods, pistons, and even rings are still the original.

If you run the dodge stock (no programmer) you shouldn't have any issue with the trans.
