Conqueror Off-road Camping Trailer

http://www.conquerorcampers.com/compact.html

I cross-posted this in the camping area too;
Anybody ever see one of these in person? I'm going to go look at one on Saturday; great deals right now...

Looks like a very good camper. I'd like to see it collapsed though.

My only gripe is they're super pricey...$9k is pretty steep IMO.

They're dealing on price --- compared to other trailers like this, it's already built and it's much less expensive....

I see your point. SOA and larger tires/rims does bring up the cost, especially on the newer ones. They're charging a stupid high premium for that on the popups.

Yes; he asked me not to post it though. Like a car dealer, some probably will get better "deals" --- but I'm happy enough with the price.
The trailers have been in a warehouse for 3 years collecting dust; some have been demo units, some have been camped in a couple of times by Dean or Larry. They have (I think) 11 more Compacts and 8 Basecamps. The Basecamp is a more comprehensive unit, just a tad larger in footprint, and a much more sizeable tent; I would've gotten one but the tent was tougher to erect for my bad shoulder.
The tires will probably need to go soon, due to their age and the supplied stove is a joke.
But they're all great platforms and get you going. I set it up yesterday, stocked it, wet down the canvas and let it dry, and tugged it around a bit.

Who wants to go camping? We're going to go Friday 3-Oct after work...

Don't Buy Conqueror Off Road Trailers!

I bought a new model Conqueror trailer in South Africa and had it shipped to the states last year. They promised me a US compatible power system. They delivered a South African power system. They refused to compensate me for that, and now I am stuck with it until I can afford to replace it. They have no US power system but just simply lied to me. I also needed parts for the trailer as it was damaged during the shipping. It took me over six months of constant emails and phone calls to get them to sell me the parts. They rarely responded to my emails and when they did it was barely understandable as if they are totally illiterate. (three or four word responses and badly misspelled) They do speak English in South Africa.

Conqueror Trailers is dishonest and cares absolutely nothing for their customers.
