Cherokee CRD Towing MPG
Any data points for expected fuel economy when towing a trailer with the Cherokee CRD?

My Liberty CRD gets around 15 MPG when towing a 21 foot 5000 pound
travel trailer. Just wondering what I might expect for fuel economy if I were to trade in the Liberty for a Cherokee CRD.

I'm seeing about 18mpg with a 20ft trailer, loaded with 4 race bikes and gear

loaded, the trailer is probably about 4500lbs

Thanks for the info! ? Is your trailer open, or like a a travel trailer? Aerodynamic drag seems to be a very large factor in towing fuel economy.
