Best towing gear ratio

What is a good rear ratio for towing a 1500 lb pop up 3:21 or 3:73 or is there that much of a difference, this is in a 2013 wrangler sport with 17in stock wheels. thanks

lower gearing is always better for towing. and to clarify by lower gearing I mean higher a numerical ratio. 3:73 are definitely better than 3:21, and 4:10 would be better yet.
